SHIPPING POLICY

We ship within Canada by Canada Post or couriers. Unfortunately we do not ship outside of Canada.

Our shipping times are 1-4 business days from the time of order with the exception of custom orders.

For custom orders (weddings/events/custom gifting), we ask for 2-4 weeks notice.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please let us know if you have any issues with your order. If there are any issues with your shipped order, we will work with the shipping companies to resolve it. We don't offer returns or exchanges for health & safety reasons.
