A perfect outdoor meal for warm summer evenings.Â
Ingredients:
4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced in large chunks
1-2 red peppers diced
Container of mushroom caps, cleaned with stems removed
1-2 sweet onions diced in large chunks
1 cup Maple BBQ sauce
Procedure:
Place diced chicken in a dish and pour Maple BBQ sauce over it, combining so all pieces are covered. Let sit for 30-60 minutes.Â
Turn BBQ on to medium heat.
Place chicken, peppers, mushrooms and onions on skewers
Grill for 10-14 minutes until the centre is not pink, turning half way through.
Serve on top of salad or in a wrap!
